Nikolas Nikolaou (Project Manager)
Nikolas Nikolaou (president of NGO ACPELIA) plays a central or peripheral role in every project with his expert knowledge.

He is successful as a coach and organizer in his personal life..President of ACPELIA (Mr Nikolas Nikolaou, physics teacher in high school, BSC, MSc in Chemical Engineering National Technical University of Athens and MSc, BSc in the University of Cyprus at Physics department) has previous experience by taking part in many seminars and actions related to Environment, Non-Formal Education, Entrepreneurship and Discrimination. He organized and participated in more than 20 European programs which are doing with Non-Formal Education (KA105, KA205, KA229, Youth In Action) as well as several local environmental and Science projects with groups of young people, many of them can be found in his website: www.nikolas-nikolaou.net. Also, Nikolas is coordinating the biggest students and teacher annual Conference about Natural Sciences that is a yearly conference in Cyprus with the participation of more than 1000 students and more than 300 teachers. He manages to coach a team of the organising committee and to make them all do well for 10 years now that is taking place the Conference starting alone and now has a big team to coordinate. Last 3 years he was in the management team for more than 40 KA153YOU and KA152YOU.
Kateryna Kulyna, Youth worker / musician /Trainer
If i had to describe my life purpose in one word it would be "healing". Through all possible means because I want all people to be as happy, healthy and calm as possible. My voice has been my own tool for healing for years and I have noticed how powerful singing can be for healing multiple times.

Kateryna Kulyna will serve as a facilitator for the project, bringing her extensive academic and professional background to the role. She possesses a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe. Her career includes significant experience in NGOs, Ukraine's Government Investment Promotion Agency, and various educational projects. Additionally, Kateryna has been an Erasmus+ facilitator. Most recently, she held the position of Program Coordinator for the Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs Hub (UWE Hub), an online entrepreneurial program and community focused on supporting women in developing socially responsible businesses in Ukraine. Her involvement in the project was driven by a recognition of the urgent need for such initiatives and the importance of engaging with youth at an early stage which brought her to the idea of this project.
Erma Georgiou, (Training team/Youth Worker)
Erma Georgiou, gained a BA in Theatre Studies from the University of Athens, and then graduated from the drama school of G. Armenis.

She is registered as a yoga and meditation teacher from Yoga Alliance Institute and has attended various seminars on theatrical techniques such as physical theatre, body movement, art therapy etc. To further her development, she has taken part in drama therapy lessons for a year. She is also a life coach of Global Academy of Coaching from Global Academy of Coaching,accredited by ICF. Moreover, she worked on over 20 projects as a trainer in all over Europe (Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Poland), having written over 15 projects. She believes that these initiatives are crucial for fostering personal growth and creating a more harmonious society.
Gita Vaskelyte

Gita Vaškelytė is a youth worker and the President of Meraki LT, an NGO focused on empowering communities and supporting social change. After completing her studies in social work, she started working with young people, organizing activities and programs to support their growth and well-being. She is actively involved in various projects, youth exchanges, and training initiatives. Recently, she started working as a project manager with the NGO ACPELIA, and she already worked in more than 5 KA1, successfully managing and coordinating international initiatives. Gita is passionate about promoting inclusion, building connections, and empowering young people to reach their full potential through creativity and collaboration.
Boghos (Bobbie) Avetikian (Training team/Youth Worker)
Boghos Avetikian is an Armenian Cypriot, who after achieving a BA in English and Communications at the American University of Armenia immediately got involved in Erasmus+ projects after graduating. After participating in 25+ projects, both Youth Exchanges and Training courses,

Boghos soon got involved in facilitating and coordinating projects on his own, focusing on numerous themes such as sustainability, social entrepreneurship and inclusion. Boghos Avetikian loves jogging and music, and should be in Nicosia, you will probably see him running around in the afternoons with his earphones in his ears.
Evangelia Nikolaou
FACILITATOR

Evangelia holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Media from the University of Hertfordshire and a First-Class Honours Postgraduate Degree in Philosophy from the University of Bristol. For the past two years, She has been engaged in freelancing and volunteering work, working in various capacities as a Project Writer, Facilitator, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager. In the past year, she has facilitated nine KA153 Trainings, one VET Internship, been a Project Manager in 4 KA153 Projects, Assistant Project Manager in 5 KA153 Trainings, and independently developed 2 KA220 Project application frameworks, among others. She currently manages a KA220 project and works as a Researcher. In addition, she is the CEO of Eternal Perspectives. She has been the author of a poetry and philosophy book and published a poetry anthology out of a poetry competition with Eternal Perspectives. She holds the DSH certificate in German language and many certificates in medical subjects during her medical studies at the University of Saarland in Germany.
